FIRST REHEARSAL PLAN INSTRUCTIONS

1.) You have just completed your preliminary first-read through of “Awake the Harp” from
beginning to end with the choir to give a sense of the “whole.”
2.) This rehearsal plan reveals your goals, objectives, sequencing, and plan for anticipated
problems for the (assigned) section that you are rehearsing.
3.) Activities/ Sequencing should be derived from the following:
a. Structure and structural analysis (Flow Chart)
b. Anticipated problems for singers:
i. Identify 3 potential problem areas
ii. Identify 3 potential solutions for each problem area
