Nutritional Disorders
Food intake is necessary for each individual as
long as you work and do activities everyday. And do
you know that even when you eat the right foods,
your eating habits will also affect your health? Most
people do their best to sustain the needs of their
bodies but some nutritional problems can still arise
and worsen without proper control and
understanding.
Adolescence stage is the most essential stage in life that you must understand
the importance of proper diet. Some will develop problems with unhealthy dieting

Gaining weight and losing weight if not in proper diet and
control causes a serious problem. Due to their desire to lose weight, they develop
eating disorder. An eating disorder is an extreme eating behavior that can cause
serious illness or that may even result death. The exact cause is unknown. It is said
that eating disorders are also caused by stress, trauma, loss of control, and
participation in sports and activities that contributes to eating disorder. Some may
have serious emotional and mental problems that need professional treatment. So
persons who are experiencing these disorders must seek treatment right away.
