feel that they're at home.

us, their grandchildren. That is why Filipino grandparents are the best because
they happen to love their grandchildren more than their children whenever they
have one.

Mary: Is it the baby cute? Is it a girl or a boy? Who’s the father?

Anne: There were more important things to think about at the moment - like how
she was going to support a baby on her meager wages. She’s already 25 but
being a single mother, with her type of job, how is she going to survive with her
baby?

Mary: From what I’ve heard, she didn't want to be typecast as someone who is
afraid of responsibility. You shouldn't denigrate people just because they have
different beliefs from you.

Anne: Alright. At least, from what I saw from the market yesterday, she has a
very sunny disposition. We should make some time to meet her and her baby.

Mary: Surely!

Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa is the most famous portrait in the history of
painting. Leonardo took four years to complete the painting: he begins work in 1503
and finishes in 1607. Mona (or Madonna Lisa Gherardini) was from a noble family in
Naples, and Leonardo may have painted her on commission from her husband.
Leonardo is said to have entertained Mona Lisa with six musicians. He installs a
musical fountain where the water play on small glass spheres and he give Mona a
puppy and a white Persian cat to play with. Leonardo did what he could to keep Mona
smiling during the long hours she sits for him. But it is not only Mona’s mysterious
smile that has to impress anyone who has ever view the portrait: the background
landscape is just as mysterious and beautiful. The portrait could be seen today in the
