Problem: The south side of our home
is located on a high way witch is
causing a lot of noise for our bedrooms
in the first floor

Solution:
1- Tall trees can be added to decreases
the noise
2- the location of the rooms must be
changed.

Problem: The kitchen is so close to

wind direction
Solution:
1- cooker hood (our home is new and I
gave them this solution last month)
2- the location of the kitchen must be
changed.
(needs improvement) WIND DIRECTION
Problem: It ia good as the location of
the windows in the room is helping the
wind to move through. But,This area
of the house is located on the western
side but it located in a very tight
courtyard facing another building
which sometime the wind become so
strong entering the apartment.
Solution:
1- make the courtyard bigger.
2- add wind breakers so the wind
enters the room with less pressure

This room is located on the wind

direction and the windows are
located a way that helps the
wind move which gives it a really
good ventilation in the summer
and even

This living room is located on

the wind direction and its
window is so big which gives the
space a really good light a
ventilation.
(-) LACK OF PRIVACY
Problem: This room has two windows
that are in the exact location to the
windows of the other building, the
distance is so close that much even
though the material is a reflected glass,
but we still can see what's inside.
Solution:
1- Change the location of the windows.
2- add wind breakers to
(-) SUN PATH
Problem: This room is located on the
south which causes glare on the
afternoon. Especially that the bed is
located directly to the glare.
Solution:
1- Use frosted glass.
2- add wind breakers to.
3- Change the interior layout.
(Needs improvement) SUN PATH
On the rooftop there are a setting area
located on the south, in this area there
are a part of the building that is taller
from the rest which gives the space
more shadow in the evening.

Improvement: trees added to cause

more shade to other areas.
