PERFECT PARICIPLE (having + past participle; having done) skracuje recenicu cija je radnja prethodila radnji glagola u
licnom glagolskom obliku
Having done his homework, he went out.

ABSOLUTE PARTICIPLE – particip koji ima svoj subjekat

Homework finished, John went out.
Nobody having any more to say, the meeting was closed.
All the money having been spent, we started looking for a job.

MISRELATED PARTICIPLES – u ustaljenim izrazima koji se odnose na stav govornika:

Generally speaking, men can run faster than women.
Broadly speaking, dogs are more faithful than cats.
Judging from his expression, he’s in a bad mood.
Supposing there was a war, what would you do?
Considering everything, it wasn’t a bad holiday.
Taking everything into account/consideration, they ought to get another chance.
