AFFIDAVIT OF CANCELLATION OF LIABLITY OF ESTATE AND

DISTRIBUTEES IN THE MEMORANDUM OF ENCUMBRANCES

I, MERLYN L. ROBIATO, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of Lao

Proper, Plaridel, Misamis Occidental, under oath, hereby depose and say
that:

1. I am an agent of JERSON Q. MANATAD to represent in his

behalf in relation to his parcel of land covered under TCT
No.135-2019000211. A copy of a Special Power of Attorney is
hereto attached and marked as Annex A;

2. There is an annotation in the Transfer Certificate of Title of

JERSON Q. MANATAD as to the liability of estate and distributes
for a period of two (2) years intended for the creditors and the
deprived heirs, if there is any;

3. The two (2) year period had already lapsed with any affected
creditors and deprived heirs who surfaced;

4. As such, it is now safe to cancel the said annotation of Liability

Of Estate And Distributees in the Memorandum Of
Encumbrances;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve me.
