Task Sheet for Repertory Grid of Learning Competencies and 21st Century Skills Integration

Your tasks are to:


● survey the learning competencies (LCs) present in the
Goal MELCs;
● evaluate the LCs in integrating the 21st Century Skills; and
● synthesize the results of the survey and analysis.
Your learning community has been asked to become assessors for
Role the MELCs Filipino, focusing on integrating 21st Century Skills in
the curriculum.
Your learning community needs to convince the Department of
Education, Bureau of Curriculum Development of the evaluation
findings, maximize the results in integrating the facets of the 21st

Century Skills to the subject's LCs. Express the results by showing
the empirical data and justification of the evaluation made by the
assessors.
Your learning community will evaluate how the 21 st Century Skills
are integrated in the learning competencies of the MELCs Filipino.
Situation
You are also tasked to synthesize the results of the mean findings
and the salient observations in the evaluation.
Your learning community will survey and analyze the learning
competencies of the specific year level and quarter from MELCs
Filipino designated to your learning communities (Include only the
names who participated.) Kindly refer to the Curriculum Guide for
Filipino 1-10 in identifying the domains and use the codes in the
actual document (e.g., PB for Pagbasa). Discuss the rate and rating
procedure with your learning communities. Rate the level of
integration of the learning competencies to the 21st Century Skills
using this scale:

After identifying the level of integration and computing the mean


of the scores, synthesize the findings. Use these guide questions in
answering the following:
1. What information do the results indicate?
2. What are key ideas relative to the integration of 21st Century
Skills to the learning competencies present?
3. What connections in teaching Filipino do the results
generate?
4. What are the 21st Century Skills that are highly required to
be developed in the MELCs?

The format of the synthesis will be as follows:


1. The introduction must present the Year Level and Quarter
Period (include its focus, i.e., wika, panitikan ng
Kabisayaan,  or obra maestrang Noli Me Tangere) of the
surveyed Learning Competencies and the purpose of the
analysis. 
2. The body will show the actual analysis. Explain the empirical
data in such way that the readers will understand the bases of
the analysis.
3. The conclusion ought to describe the actual findings of the
analysis and how it affects the synthesis. 
4. The document shall be in Arial, 11, single-spaced format.
