    Bright Star Learning Center Inc.

    b. Purpose:

    To engage in business for private education acquiring the readiness of children and
    helping the community become competitive in the future generation towards
    globalization.

    The Bright Star Learning Center Inc. offers the following educational services:
    -Kindergarten
    -Pre – kinder 1
    -Pre – kinder 2;

    Provided that the corporation shall not solicit, accept or take


    investments/placements from the public neither shall it issue investment contracts.
