Inot sag abos ang pagbati at pag-anunsiyo kan samong Adviser na si Ma’am Irene ang quorum na kabanga kan
mga magurang sabilang 34 ang presente para makapuon na kan meeting sa oras na alas tres kinse (3:15) kan hapon. Sa
panginginutan niya at kan samuyang Presidente sa organisasyon, iyo ang pagreport kan kinambas na presyo kan duwang
wall fans, ini hali sa pagkanbas kan samuya Treasurer na si Mrs. Barnedo. Igwa ning iba ibang sizes kan wall fans,
medium-sized fan – P 1,578.00 (Asahi brand)
medium-sized fan – P 1,349. 00 (Airmax)
large-sized fan – P1, 875. 00 (Asahi)
Napagbotohan kan mga magurang an large-sized fan at duwa an naipangakong babakalon na expected ng
magkakaigwa sa Oktubre, 2018. An minasunod iyo ang computation kanmagiging kontribusyon:
2 large-sized fan = P 3, 750. 00/53 total number kan magurang
= 71pesos
Nagsuggest ang Treasurer na hustuhon ng 100 para mkabakal pa ki ibang kaipuhan sa laog kan classroom arog
kan kurtina. Kaya nagging P100 ang nagging napaghurunang kontribusyon na ang deadline sa ino na semana kan
Oktubre 5, 2018.

Nagkaigwa man ning 1st Quarter Recognition sa laog kan classroom asin tinawan ning certificates an mga aki na
nakasabay sa Honor roll na igwa ki 5. Siring sa naiging anunsyo dati ni madam n kaya pang madagdagan ang with honors
kung maghinguwa at magadal nganing makaabot sa 90 average grade.
Sunod po ang mga gawi asin performance na nagging marahay man ang nagging feedbacks pero kaipuhan pang
iimprove. Igwa man ning nagkapira na akin a kaipuhan na mas tawan ki dakol na oras ang pag-adal para dai mgbagsak.
Nadiscuss man ni madam ang GPTA Fund na dati pang nakolekta kan nakaaging taon napwedeng ialokar sa mga
activities kan eskwelahan.
Natapos ang meeting na malinaw asin wara namanning kahaputan sa oras na 5:15 kan hapon.

magurang sabilang 23 ang presente para makapuon na kan meeting sa oras na alas tres (3:00) kan hapon. An samuyang
Presidente at Treasurer kan organisasyon, iyo ang nagreport kan collection na inabot na ning P 2,600. 00 para sa 26 na
nagbarayad. Ayon kay Business Manager na iyo nangako na mabakal kan aytem, dapat makabayad na ang gabos para
makabal na ki wall fans sa naitakdang petsa. Ang sabi man kan Treasurer na maski saro sana daa muna, kundi
nagdisagree ang ibang opisyales at mga magurang ta dapat biyo na daa ang pagbakal tsaka su pareho nanggad an aytem.
Ta makanos daa kung magkaiba ang kulay saad kan saro man na magurang.

aki na nakasabay sa Honor roll na igwa ki may average na 90 pataas. Ang pinakahalangkaw na nkakua iyo ang aki ni Mrs.
Capuz pero pararehong with Honors and saindang awards. Siring sa naiging pagexplain ni madam dati na kaya pang
madagdagan ang with honors kung maghinguwa at magadal nganing makaabot sa 90 average grade, asin nagkatotoo
man ini ta nagging 12 na sindang may honors.
Anng mga gawi asin performance na nagging marahay man ang nagging feedbacks pero kaipuhan pang
iimprove. Igwa man ning nagkapira na akin a may bagsak, nin huli ta kaipuhan na mag-adal ki maray at dai
magparaabsent ta iyo ang inot na rason sainda kung nata nagbagsak sa sarong subject.
Nadiscuss man ni madam ang GPTA Fund na dati pang nakolekta kan nakaaging taon napwedeng ialokar sa mga
activities kan eskwelahan.
Wara man na iba pang kahaputan, ning siring sa dati, malinaw asin wara naman ning iba pang concern, kaya
natapos an meeting sa oras na 5:00 kan hapon.
