    Graduation day is one of those special occasions for students and teachers. It is a
    day that marks one’s academic success. Thus, making that day extra special requires
    proper planning and immense effort from various committees.

    The program and distribution committee had accomplished the following tasks:

    On Day 1…
    coordinated with the school principal for the planning of the flow of the program
    On Day 2…
    developed the lay-out of the program
    proofread the program

    On Day 3…
    printed 250 copies of the program
    stapled the pages of the program

    On Day 4…
    prior to the graduation day, distributed copies of the program to the 242 graduates
    and to the guests
