AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT
I, IRISH SAGUD, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a
resident of Municipality of Ramada, Maria Aurora, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose
and state:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
I GIVE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS BY WAY OF
ANSWERS (A) to the questions (Q) propound to me by ATTY.
VANESSA MAY C. GA, after having been made aware that I do so
under oath, and that I expose myself to the penalties of perjury and
false testimony should I be found to have given untruthful statement.
EXAMINATION PROPER
