I would like to request for the cancellation of the Notice of Lis Pendens annotated in Tax Declarations
designated as ARP NOS. R-97-16032-01392, R-97-16032-01393 and R-97-16032-01534 all declared
under the name of Salvacion Valer and Domiciano Valer, respectively and covering lots located at
Tagongtong, Goa, Camarines Sur. Said notice pertains to the PARAD Case No. V-RC-023-CS-10 entitled
“HRS. OF BIENVENIDA CUNANAN REP. BY: MARIA LUZ C. KATINDIG (AIF) VS. AUGUSTO
DUMALASA”, EPEB#: 2014000069 dated March 20, 2014 D.F.# 589 and attested by Felix G. Morandarte,
Jr. as Provincial Assessor. Copies of the tax declarations are herein attached for your ready reference

In support of this request, I have attached herein the copies of DARAB CASE NO. 17925 (Reg. Case No.
V-RC-023-CS10) dated November 28, 2019 and the Entry of Judgment for said case issued on March 4,
2020.
