• Filling shift: Staff for the morning schedule is the most difficult to find during
winter, it is important to allow everyone having their morning shift avoiding any
issue that may occur between staff members which will also promote equal
opportunities in workplace until sufficient staff are available to work in the
morning from new recruitment in following topic.
• Quality recruitment: To solve this issue is important to recruit specific for the
morning shifts high experienced staff who will know their duties and can response
well on their assigned job, for the requirements is important to highlight that
aspirants are preferred to live near the CoffeeVille Melbourne store or have their
own car to prevent any transportation issues.
• Health and safety risks: Time will be allocated to train staff members by coaching
