Directors of the Corporation held on October 16, 2020, the following
resolution was unanimously adopted:

RESOLVED, that CONCHITA M. TAROG be as it hereby,

authorized to represent Z Bro Trucking Services, President Zhou Zhou and
all other defendants in the Civil Case No. 909 for Unlawful Detainer and
Consider the possibility of, and enter into a compromise or amicable settlement
under such terms and conditions, as said attorney-in-fact may deem just and
reasonable. Amend the pleadings; simplify the issues; obtain stipulations or a
preliminary reference of issues to a commissioner or arbitrator; evaluate and
determine the propriety or rendering judgement on the pleadings, or summary
judgement, or of dismissing the action should a valid ground therefore be found to
exists; determine the advisability or necessity of suspending the proceedings; agree
on such other matters as may aid in the prompt disposition of cases; attend the
mediation conference, pre-trial conference, Alternative Judicial Dispute Resolution
Proceedings (ADJR), pre-trial proceedings and all other stages of the case; and do
and perform all acts on behalf of that may be required by the applicable court rules.
