Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends to use for creating visual
display instruction
Training and evaluating new shop decorator or shop interior designer
Communication
Leading and motivating
Discuss any changes on layouts of the shop regularly with Retail Manager, Shop
Manager and Shop Decorator when it is not looking nice or working effectively
Discuss with Shop Decorator and Shop manager for organizing all promotion
tables and events which include displaying products and hanging all the posters,
signs and price tags
Ensure Shop Decorators are working towards target; good customer care
standards are met
Co-operate with other departments if need.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser or visual manager
Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs,
interior displays and space utilization
Proficiency in Sketchup, Auto cad , 3D or other visual design tools
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office
Creative and innovative thinker
Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
Good communicating and writing English
