b. Learning Group:

I. Why has Apple been so successful in selling products that

other brands have been selling as well?

Answer:
As every single organization on the planet what they do and some know
how they do it, whether they called it their differentiated value preposition or their
proprietary process. The thing is that these organization think, act and
communicate is from outside in. But a very few organizations know “why” they do
what they do. What’s their purpose? What’s their cause? What’s their belief? Why
their organization exist?
But the organization like “Apple” regardless of their size, regardless of
their industry think, act and communicate from the inside out. If “Apple” were like
everyone else, their marketing message will be like this: “we make great
computers, they are beautifully designed, simple to use and user friendly. So, the
result will be that no one will buy that. And that’s what most of the organization
communicate.
But here is what “Apple” communicate and convey their message in the
market is that “Every thing we do, we believe in challenging the status quo. We
believe in thinking differently. The way we challenge the status quo, is by making
our product beautifully designed, simple to use and user friendly.”
So, here it is proved that people don’t buy what you do; people buy why
you do it. So, it explains that every person in the world is comfortable by buying
every thing from apple. So, here the goal of “Apple” is not to do business with
anybody who needs what you have, but the goal is to do business with people who
believe what you believe.

 CONCLUSION:
So, the conclusion is that the “Apple” do things what they believe and
the people who believe their believe took their cause and made it their own
and then told to the people. That’s why Apple been so successful in selling
products that other brands have been selling as well.

II. Why is it important to start with “Why”?

Answer:
The principle of “Start with Why” can have powerful benefits in
everything we do. If we start with “Why”, you can know your purpose. You can
only do those few, important things that are consistent with your purpose. And you
can say “no” to the many feature ideas that you hear from your surroundings, that
are inconsistent with your “Why”.
And those who “Start with Why”, that have the ability to inspire those
around them and find the others who inspired them.
