Dear Sir/Madam,
I am inquiring about any job vacancies at your hotel which require my field of study. I graduated
from Arba Minch University in 2019 G.C and I was awarded with a Bachelor degree in hotel
management field.
I graduated from Arba Minch University in 2019 G.C and I was awarded with a BA degree in hotel
management field. The hotel requires an employee which is well educated and aware of hotel
procedures and regulations. For the previously stated requirements, it is safe to say that, I have
learned and acquired the skills and knowledge through theoretical, practical and internships as
provided by my university. The internship training programs took place in Golden Tulip and Global hotel.
Where, I took an efficient training in all four major departments of a hotel. This took place in various parts and
areas of the front office, service, housekeeping and kitchen departments.
As other personally acquired skills go, High proficiency on computers. I know my way around Ms
office and other software’s.
As a personality and behaviour I would like to point out that i am very keen to understanding things
that surround me, observant, energetic, ambitious, open minded, with a good work ethic, a good
communicator, provision of appropriate courtesy and working with others. These and many more are
what I would provide to your hotel.
I would like to apply for any vacant job positions in your hotel related to my field of study. I would like
to point out that I am ready to take any terms and training provided by your hotel. I can work in
flexible hours. Finally, I would like to say that I hope to make a good employee and that I will make a
good addition to your team.
