inside Terminal

Trucks Entry in Terminal
HSD Decanting Trucks are
provided access to Terminal
Gate independent of MOGAS
Loading Trucks line-up.
No more than 5 Trucks of an
OMC shall wait for Invoicing
for any reason, and should
move out of Terminal without
any delay.
Truck to be moved outside the
terminal on Bill of Lading
instead of Invoices.
One window operations for
drivers inside the Terminal to
reduce the movement of
Drivers and speed up the
process.
Customer’s has also suggested
that Trucks should be issued
Token No. after Sealing activity
so they can line-up at
Weighbridge as per their
numbers instead of creating
chaos which consumes time at
weighbridge.
This activity will also ensure
that drivers are following
sequence inside terminal and
no truck driver is left roaming
inside terminal after filling of
truck.
Customer’s has highlighted
that Issuance of Bill of Lading
is delayed at weighbridge
which causes traffic
congestion inside Terminal.
Customers have voiced
concern regarding shift
handover activity of HTL Staff
which consumes more than an
hour during which time the
operations remain halted.
Customers also suggested that
Trucks entry in terminal should
be continued before shift end
whether that shift can
fill/decant or not. Trucks
entered can be passed on to
next shift for filling.
HTL Security Team & OMC
Representatives to work
together in facilitating Trucks
as per CCR Requirement to call
Trucks.
OMC Representatives to issue
Manual Gate Pass and move
Trucks out immediately to
avoid congestion.
Proper framework will be set
up by HTL before moving to
this option.
Review of the documentation
process by HTL Team and
recommend possible solutions.
HTL Team to look for
possibility of issuing Tokens to
ensure that drivers are
properly lined up for collecting
documents after filling and
also ensure that any Truck is
not halted inside terminal for
more time than other trucks.
HTL Team will monitor the
timings of Bill of Lading
issuance and take corrective
action if required.
Monitoring and reducing the
shift handover time by HTL
Team.
HTL Team to monitor the
traffic situation at shift end
and respond accordingly.
