User Manual
for
Student Login and Course Selection Process

1. Click the link - ​https://ucam.iba-du.edu/Security/Login.aspx​ to visit iba ucam for course


registration.
2. After that, you will be able to see the login page.

3. Your user id will be “Program code-Batch-YourRollNumber”.


a. For BBA program code - 101
b. For example,
i. One student whose roll number is 1 and he belongs to batch 26, his user
id will be - “101-26-001”.
ii. Another student whose roll number is 55 and he belongs to batch 27, his
user id will be - “101-27-055”.
iii. Another student whose roll number is 108 and he belongs to batch 28, his
user id will be - “101-28-108”.
4. As you all have done your online registration through system for last semester, you all
are aware of ​User Id​ and ​Password​.
5. If you forget your password, then click on “​Forget Your Password​” to reset your
password.
6. After that, you will be able to see this page

7. Write down your ​User Id​ and then click on the “​Send Reset Link​” button.
8. After that, the system automatically sends a link to reset your password in your mail.
(That Email which you provided last time) ​[If you do not get any mail or you forget
what mail address you provided, Please Contact with us]
9. Click on the link that has been sent to your mail.
10. After that, you will be able to see this.

11. Write your new password.​[Remember do not use any special character such as #, _,-
etc.]
12. After writing and rewriting your new password, click on the “​Submit​” button.
13. After that, click on the “​Go To Login Page​” button.
14. After that, you will be able to see the “Login Page”. Write your User ID and your new
password to log into the system.
15. After that, you will be able to see the “​Home​” page.

16. Click on the “​Course Selection​” menu button.


17. After that, you will see this page.
18. Click on the ​check box​ in the last column named “Select/Unselect” for your desired
course. Then the “​Request to Program Office for Registration​” button will be visible.

19. If you are not a final year student, you don't need to select any course. All courses
according to your class routine will be mandatory. Check all your desired courses are
available and marked.
20. Select your course [Course limit 15 credit and if you want to take extra 3 credit then
contact with us].
21. After selecting or checking your course, click on the “​Request to Program Office for
Registration​” button to complete your registration.
22. After your registration time period is approximately 3 days, you will get registration
confirmation mail.
