Robin DiAngelo Is a

Critical Race Scholar

Don’t Lie.
“That’s not REAL Critical Race Theory!”
The popularity and success of Robin DiAngelo’s “White Fragility” exposed Critical
Race Theory to a wider, more sceptical audience. Critical Race Theory
apologists scrambled to defend CRT's honour by claiming DiAngelo isn't a "real"
Critical Race Scholar.

This is the same “No True Scotsman” game Socialists play when they are
questioned about North Korea or Venezuela. Kristian Niemietz documents this in
"Socialism: The Failed Idea That Never Dies".
“That’s not REAL Critical Race Theory!”
“There hasn’t been a shred of socialism in the
Soviet Union. It’s got nothing to do with
socialism.”

Professor Noam Chomsky

“That’s not REAL Critical Race Theory!”
"A socialist society doesn’t exist yet, but one
day it must."

Owen Jones, "My thoughts on Cuba", 2016

“That’s not REAL Critical Race Theory!”
“The primary lesson here is not about
‘egalitarianism’ or ‘socialism’ or even
‘communism’ since Castro, Mao, Stalin, and
Lenin did not actually attempt to implement
any of those ideas.”

Nathan J. Robinson, "How To Be a Socialist

Without Being an Apologist For The Atrocities Of
Communist Regimes", Current Affairs, 2017
“That’s not REAL Critical Race Theory!”
“The struggle between communism and
capitalism never happened. The Soviets
didn’t establish communism.”

Professor Richard Wolff, "Class Theory and

History: Capitalism and Communism in the
USSR"
“That’s not REAL Critical Race Theory!”
“Socialism has never been tried.”

The Socialist Party of Great Britain, 1999

Robin DiAngelo Talk: “Critical Racial & Social Justice Education”
“DiAngelo is just a Diversity Consultant.”
Critical Race Obscurantist: “DiAngelo is just a Diversity Consultant.”

How does consulting discredit DiAngelo as a Critical Race Scholar? Critical Race
Theory has a “Praxis” (Revolutionary Action) component.

“Emancipatory inquiries are defined as ‘ideologies that seek to understand

oppression in society and, through this understanding, transform it.’”

Addressing Whiteness in Nursing Education, Robin DiAngelo

DiAngelo’s diversity consulting is doing just that. It’s Critical Race “Praxis”.
Why all the effort to discredit Robin DiAngelo?
Why do Critical Race Apologists spend so much effort on obscurantist apologia?
Critical Race Theory rejects the concept of objective truth, so they can
simply say CRT is whatever they want at any moment, in order to “win” the
argument with the Disbelievers:

“For the critical race theorist, objective truth, like merit, does not exist, at least
in social science and politics. In these realms, truth is a social construct
created to suit the purposes of the dominant group.”
