To ensure that:-

a. All guards and safety barriers must be fixed in position before starting any
machinery
b. All stairs, galleries, handrails and grid ways must be firmly fixed in position.
c. All obstructions must be removed from galleries and boiler surrounding
d. Fire Hydrant system & fire extinguisher are installed
