INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED DURING CONTRACT STAGE

1. Vendor shall furnish 4 copies of the following documents within 15 days after placement of LOI / PO
a) General arrangement drawing indicating the weight of the valve assembly and minimum
clearance required for valve removal.
b) Exhaust piping details.
c) Calculation sheets for relieving capacity and Noise level and reaction force
d) Test certificate of the materials, hydraulic test, seat leakage test and NDE test certificate.
e) Duly filled in technical data sheets as per the enclosed format (2 sheets)
f) Material test certificates for chemical and mechanical properties with part number for body,
bonnet, spring, etc.
g) IBR certificates with relevant stamping on the valves and in Form III - C. Attachment II to
IBR form III C shall be submitted.
h) Any other relevant certificate as mentioned elsewhere in this specification and data sheets.
i) Quality Assurance Plan

2. Following document shall be furnished within 2 weeks before the despatch

I. Operation and maintenance manual - 8 sets
II. Performance and acceptance test procedure - 9 copies.

3. Inspection and testing

I. Hydraulic test pressure as per ASME B16.34 / IBR
II. Seat Leakage test as per ASME B 16.34
III. NDE test on body as per ASME B16.34
IV. Material certificates for all safety valves
