At the current time, it is very common that people looking after themselves. Some of

On the one hand, physical activities also have a place in the maintenance of a healthy
lifestyle. Having regular exercises will keep the body in good shape and it will help to
prevent some complications. For example, usually, people who are not physically active
have overweight. Obesity can cause heart problem, increase blood pressure or can
lead to mental disorders. For adults, it is advised to do at least moderate aerobic activity

Balanced and non-chemical, food will be beneficial for our well-being. According to the
National Health Service (NHS), people should try to eat a wide variety of foods such as
fruits and vegetables in the right proportions. The food and drinks which are high in fat,
salt or sugar should be reduced or even excluded from main meals. Also, there is exist

In conclusion, many people think that exercises are better for their health, whereas
others think that a balanced diet is more essential.
Over the period, it has been a dramatic change in terms of the food people consume.
Convenient food is becoming more popular throughout the world, especially in
developed countries. Some people, because of the strong influence of this trend on
people's food habits, argue that such food will replace traditional cuisine. However, I
completely disagree with this statement.
There are two main reasons why traditional cooking is likely to retain its popularity in the
nearest future. First of all, the variety of different diseases and viruses have rendered
cooking necessary. It is true that, due to the fast pace of life, people prefer to purchase
food, so they are able to save time. Although it is is more convenient to lead this kind of
life, the Covid-19 pandemic that an outbreak of new coronavirus disease 2019 makes it
clear that preparing a meal on their own can contribute preventing of transmission of
viruses. Because, according to research, heat treatment kills most viruses, including

Secondly, the number of people suffering from allergies is increasing day by day. The
growing level of environmental pollution makes people more sensitive to the
components of the meal they consume. Consequently, it is necessary for allergics to be
concerned about each product that was used to prepare their meal. Most of them,
therefore, prefer to use the safest means of satisfying their hunger and cook by
themselves. Since cooking at home makes it possible to control each component that
they add to their meal. So, It generally turns out to be the safest option. Undoubtedly,
this trend is important evidence for increasing the popularity of traditional cuisine.
To sum up, In this modern world, there are two main reasons for cooking to be popular
among people. So, traditional cuisine is likely to be preserved in the nearest future.
Nowadays, There are a various array of diets which scientists believe that the health
depends on them. Some people say that vegetarian should be considered as a main
type of the diet to delete fresh from meals to be healthy, because meat is not necessary
to the body. I completely disagree with the given statement on the basis of enriching
meat with essential ingredients and less calories in vegetables.
To begin with, The main reason is that the necessity of human's body to vital materials
are a determining factor for being healthy. Therefore, the fresher is full of variety of
ingredients that do not exist in vegetables. That is to say, providing that individuals tend
to have a healthy diet, under no circumstances is it possible to provide all vital materials
that they need to survive long term. Take an Iron (II) fully existing in meat as an
example; our body require to provide it to convey oxygen to cells for the sake of
breathing, which the small amount of vegetables contains Fe (II) and most of the iron in
the earth and the nature is Fe (III). Thus, Being a vegetarian not only is not rewarding to

Having said that, however, enriching of meat with significant materials is not the only
crucial factor of avoiding vegetable diet. Another causative argument is that meat is full
of calories that muscles require for daily activity. That is to say, considering the amount
of calories that the public needs to be energetic for being active. The issue of whether
or not just only munching on vegetables is not probably possible to provide whole of
body needs calories. A good illustration for this is a carrot which each of one of it has
less than 10 Kcal energy comparison with 50 gram meat with almost 150 Kcal energy.
Hence, The more insisting on being vegetarian, the less calories from being energized.
To conclude, I personally take the view that it is rationally unacceptable to just use the

Nowadays, several people are having a hard time maintaining their diets to a healthy
level. While the main causes of such problem are lack of discipline from individuals and
governments imposing higher prices of good quality foods, there are also practical ways
that can be done to solve this issue.
There are two main reasons why a healthy diet is not maintained by people. Firstly,
many are not disciplined when it comes to a healthy eating pattern. This is because a
lot of individuals today are not aware of the risks of having detrimental diseases, such
as heart attack or stroke, when a healthy diet is not properly practiced. Secondly,
people opt cut back from healthy food due to the high prices of good food that
governments insist. Many among the poor population cannot afford this and thus,
choose to buy cheap and unhealthy food, including fast foods, that increases their risk
of becoming obese, which then could add more health problems in the future.

manageable. One of these solutions would be to raise the awareness of the people with

sources. Another way to address the issue of keeping a healthy diet is for individuals to
start their own vegetable gardens. This will lower the costs of food budget while

In conclusion, though there are causes of why people struggle to keep their food intake
healthy, steps to solve it are possible if strictly followed and implied by the individuals

It is considered by many that keeping healthy eating habits is difficult. This essay is
going to explain why people think this and what could be the possible solutions for this
problem.
The two main causes leading people to break their healthy diet are fast paced lifestyle
and the easy access to junk food. The first one justifies why people do not have the
time to eat properly since they are so busy working, studying, looking after their children
that they do not even have the opportunity to sit down and have a proper meal. Instead,
they have to buy fast food at the nearest place and eat it when they are in transit,

To address this health issue, individuals, corporations and governments have a role to
play. Citizens and companies should reduce their work journey. So that everyone would
be able to arrange time to plan and cook their own meals which means eating much
more healthy and cheaper because they would be likely to buy more natural food in the
supermarket and spend less money on eating out. And finally, to decrease the
consumption of junk food, the governments could elevate taxes on these products in
order to make them less appealing.
To conclude, it is clear that the current lifestyle in our modern society is driving us

The eating habits of the general public keep changing with time. Some prefer vegan
food, some vegetarian and some prefer non-vegetarian. There is a section of people
who think that everyone should turn vegetarian to safeguard themselves from health
issues. I do not agree with this view.
To commence with, eating vegetarian meals can help people stay away from the
disease. For example, in 2007, the 1N1 virus, which infected chicken first, was
transmitted to humans by the consumption of infected eggs and chicken. This resulted
in the death of thousands of people worldwide. The over-consumption of meat exposes
one to the risk of cardiac diseases such as increased cholesterol and others.
On the other hand, eating non-vegetarian food has many benefits to it. The meat-based
diet provides the human body with the required nutrients such as proteins, vitamins in
ample quantity. This diet has proven to increase the immunity of a person. Many
doctors recommend this diet to their patients.For example, a friend of mine had weak
immunity and was feeling sick very often, her doctor had suggested her to have red

To conclude, in my opinion, every person is independent to choose their dietary habits.
Both vegetarian and meat-based meals have their own positives and negatives. Some
bodies can respond better to vegetarian and some to non-vegetarian foods.
There is an option that the public should switch to a 100% vegetable diet due to, eating
animal proteins have been linked to some fatal health conditions. I strongly support this
notion because it can protect one from developing serious life-threatening diseases and
proffer a lasting solution to obesity.
Firstly, being entitled to a healthy lifestyle is one benefits of being a vegetarian as it
helps prevent certain diseases such as high blood pressure. To illustrate, a cardiologist
advised my father to switch to total vegetable diet when an x-ray showed his heart was
enlarged. Clearly, this provided a lasting solution since we stopped visiting the hospital
frequently. Therefore, it is wise to employ this positive approach so that these terminal
sicknesses can be prevented as well as, saving the healthcare sector some stress.
Secondly, being obese is naturally challenging, fortunately, zero animal protein meal is
one effective means to tackle this problem. For instance, I weighed 100kg five years
ago, unfortunately, all weight loss techniques available had no effect until I became a
vegetarian, as a result, I currently maintain 65kg weight over the years. Obviously, this
is a means to explore since no rigorous exercise is required and it was very effective for
me. Hence, it is evident the masses should be encouraged to adhere to a non-meat diet
.

In today's modern world, science and technology are being used in the food industry to
make genetically engineered food in order to fulfil the needs of the large population.
Certain people think that these types of food are not only unhealthy but can also harm
the nature too. I completely agree with this and think that genetically manufactured
foods are harmful to both humans and nature.
On the one hand, I believe that people who eat engineered food have no nutrients and
are harmful to nature. In other words, snacks that are made in factories are just tasty
and does not have any nutritional value. For example, the amount of protein in a natural
