Patient : oh, you can call me Mrs.Risa

you been pregnant?

Patient : it’s been 20 weeks. I’m my second trimester now.

Midwife : okey, Mrs. I will examine you. Before it, now I’ve got some

Midwife : and how are things going your pregnancy?

Patient : well, I’m not sure if it’s mornning sickness but I keep vomiting
this whole week. I didn't kno’w I would have it in two trimesters.

Midwife : It’s actually normal to have morning sickness throughout your firs
and second trimester. Any symptoms you complaim of?

Patient : heartburn. It hurt so much, especially when I have to throw up. It

also made me lose a lot of weight.

Midwife : I need to know what you’ve been eeting because this might have
something to do whit it. Let me guess, you did have problems with
your stomach before you pregnancy, didn’t you?

Patient : yeah, I think I head a stomach disorder

Midwife : we’ll make sure you have a healty diet after this
