Recommendation
The following are hereby recommended:
Set proper goals and prioritization. Students should set proper goals in order
to accomplish task at a time. By this means, this will be of great help for those students
who are currently dealing with stress. In terms of addressing role conflicts of every
individual, identifying important thing to prioritize first is a must. In either student or
even daughter/son, you can play your role by managing time well.
Eliminate distractions. Students should minimize the use of any social
networking sites while having online classes. This is also a factor why students get stress
and leads into unfinished tasks and activities. They must focus their interest in doing
their outputs and assignments rather than wasting their valuable time surfing on the
internet endlessly.
Take regular breaks but use it wisely. It is significant if students used to take
break times in order to reduce their stress. Additionally, this helps them to increase
their productivity. The reason why students get stress is because their mind or their
mental resources do not used to relax and take a rest. During break time, they should
also use it wisely by focusing on the important ones.
Ask for help. It is not bad if you yourself used to ask for a help. This is significant
to consider because this may save your time and energy. Moreover, if you have questions
or something to clarify, don’t hesitate to ask someone for you to do your task well and
correctly.
