Try to reproduce the customer complaint so that it can be clearly assigned to this TPI. The following measure

part number, software version etc. match exactly. Otherwise this solution won't work and repeat repairs may be

The sequence of the repair instructions must be observed.

These repair instructions must only be used for the vehicle types approved in the header.
All steps 1-7 must be completely performed.
Important: The basic settings (reset 1 calibration of driving mode sensor, 2 calibration of distance sensors, 3
adaptation of clutch biting points and 4 kick-in point of gear actuator) do not replace the calibration of the valves
(clutch valves N436/N440 and cooling oil valve N471). A vehicle must not be driven without calibrated clutch
valves.
Only move the vehicle after all steps have been completely performed.
