Definition:
Effective communication does not end when the message was received. It is only
considered effective communication when the receiver was able to decode the message’s
meaning. When the receiver was able to give feedback from the sender, it means that the cycle
of communication was completed, thus it could be called as effective communication. Effective
communication starts when the sender was able to convey the message in an appropriate
manner, and ends when the receiver was able to give feedback to the sender. Effective
communication is just another word for “completed cycle of communication”.
