- To Promotes fairness and equality in all types of social economic status
- Also Helps resolve conflicts within two different party in different situation.
- It Promotes order and stability
- It also Represents the will of Majority and protects the right of minorities

2. Differentiate state law form that of a non-state law.


STATE LAWS are laws that are created specifically for a specific state only to be
followed by the people who are residing in that state. While NON-STATE LAWS
or considered as a international law are laws that are created outside on the specific
state but still followed by its people .
