for “APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY”

Kindly support me to apply for Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Since I am living abroad, I am not
being able to submit the necessary document myself. In addition, I do not have a family in Japan to
support me. Attached please find 4 necessary documents for the application. It would be grateful if
you would help me for the process. Should if the COE was not issued by Immigration Bureau, I will
not blame the administration, YNU, for result. I will not ask for any responsibility for the result.
