Dear Parent,

Kindly find below the procedures and important points to note for the June 2021 external examinations.

Procedure:
Step 1: Fill out the below form accurately (Student details must be as in passport.)
Step 2: Select the subject.
Step 3: Sign and date the form at the end of the form.
Step 4: Submit the form and make the payment at school – Gate 3.
➢ If you wish to make the payment online, please follow the below:
✓ Complete step 1, 2 and 3 mentioned above.
✓ Email the form to p.bengrodi_cia@gemsedu.com, r.parambath_cia@gemsedu.com,
examofficer_cia@gemsedu.com.
✓ Email subject line: “Request Online Payment – June 2021 Exam”
✓ All communication from parents must be via the email address registered with the school registration
department.

Points to note:
➢ Students are eligible to apply and sit the examination only if they are students at CIA.
➢ Do not select the subject if you have sat the early entry examination in January 2021 series.
➢ Once the January 2021 results are declared (4 March 2021) and you are not happy with your results; please refer the
form below “ENTRY FORM – REPEATIING JANUARY 2021 SUBJECT”
➢ Please contact Head of Department and Head of Year for any queries.
➢ Due to the pandemic examinations will run as per the rules and regulations outlined by UAE Ministry of Health &
Prevention and Examination Boards.
➢ Parents and students are responsible for filling the form correctly.
➢ Entry submission to the external boards are upon receipt of the form and fee.
➢ Failure to submit the form and paying the fee as per the deadline will result in non-registration.
➢ Please sign and date the form below to acknowledge that you have read the above and all the details outlined in the
form are correct.
➢ We request you to ensure your email address registered with the school is correct, as all communications are to the

ENTRY FORM – REPEATING JANUARY 2021 SUBJECT

Rationale: This form is only for use if you have sat a subject in January 2021 examination series and wish to enter for resits. You
have a choice to re-enter the subject. Deadline date: 14 March 2020, no request will be accepted after this date.

Procedure:
Step 1: Print only this form
Step 2: Fill out the below form accurately (Student details must be as in passport.)
Step 3: Fill out the subject details (subject details should be same as January 2021 examination details). Each unit fee is AED 300.
Step 4: Sign and date the form at the end of the form.
Step 5: Submit the form and make the payment at school – Gate 3.
