3. Guest Information:

 201 (Ms. Yuliana / 19 May – 31 May 2020). They stay here while do some work. They use
open kitchen every day. They sleep out 1 night in Lovina (2 – 3 May 2020), they have early
check out because want to find other accommodation which is cheaper and for their rest
stay is replaced by her friends.
 202 (Ms. Jessica / 11 May – 10 Jun 2020), she stays here with her baby, and sometime she
has a babysitter coming. She loves swimming with her baby every day. She does not like
 people smoke around her and her baby. She extends one more month. She probably will
extend 1 more month
 203 (Mr. Carlos / 1 – 31 May 20) Mr. Carlos stays with Ms. Eca. They complained about
the hot water. They do not extend their stay because want to find another hotel with
private kitchen.
 204 (Ms. Nicola / 29 Apr – 29 May 20) She like the room and always go out in the morning
and rarely relax in main pool. They don’t like smoke smell from balcony. She extend her
stay for 1 more month, She reported that their floor was dirty, we ask them if they have
any request, she have to report to Front office.
 205 (Ms. Lorien / 5 May – 5 June 2020) She stays with her Boyfriend, she got injure on her
ankle but getting better now. She can walk now. Her flight was canceled again and she
will extend week by week
 206 (Ms. Vanessa/ 15 May – 26 May 2020) they have house in Canggu but too crowed
and they stay with us for several days and they extend 3 more nights because they have
to do sound recording for work. She loves being here. They stay more than 1 months.
They really interested with Indonesia which has many cultures. They decide to extend
again until June 2020.
 301 (Ms. Jason / 17 Apr - 16 June 2020) He stay with us for 2 months. Mostly he stays by
himself and his girlfriend sometime come
 302 (Ms. Vermeulen/24 May – 23 June 2020) Stay with her boyfriend, they love to play
volley ball
 303 (Mr. Joseph / 3 May – 2 June 20) he stays with his girlfriend sometime. He love to
watch TV every night. He would like to extend 1 more month in Villa and he got free
upgrade for 2 nights from his rest stay. He pay for TV in Villa.
 304 (Mr. Sergey / 3 May – 2 June 2020), from Pravilo, he extends 1 month more
 305 (Mr. Bartoz / 18 Apr – 18 May 2020) he stays 2 months in total, he extends his stay,
and alone. He drinks a lot, please always make sure the water in Open Kitchen always
refill and he love surfing. He extends his stay with the same rate. He is happy that he can
go to Pererenan beach for surfing.
 306 (Ms. Kim / 13 May – 2 June 2020) She stay with us for 10 nights, but She extend her
stay again for 10 nights more because she waits her flight on 2 June. Her flight will be
reschedule again to 6 June. She reported that there was leaking from bathroom.
 N1 (Ms. Thakmina / 3 May – 2 June 20) She stay with her boyfriend, room only. Bottom
rate, they are rarely stay at villa. They sometime sleep out without informing us.
 N2 (Mr, Daniel / 11 May – 10 Jun 20) He stays alone, his is not too good in English, He likes
Yoga. He stay in with bottom rate.
 N3 (Mr. Aleksey Mogil /25 May – 10 June 2020) He stays with his wife and son, really like
the room because they got like what we showed him. He always uses public kitchen.
 N4 (Ms. Rachel Elizabeth / 27 May – 3 June) She is repeater guest and she would like to
stay in Villa but she will extend week per week.
 N7 (Ms. Anne / 15 May – 7 Jun 20) she stay alone. She has some requests, she wants to
have chair in the room and want to have black pattern of pillow and blanket. She likes to
order food from gojek.
  N8 (Mr. Aliaksandr / 22 – 25 May 20) he stay with his family, a wife and his baby, he always
stay for 3 night, and extend it again, he not sure about to stay for a long time, since he
maybe suddenly need to move with his friend. Before he stayed in 302. They want us to
clean their room every time they would like to extend.
 N9 (Mr. Alex / 5 May– 4 Jun 2020), he stays with his girlfriend. He is an influencer. Extend
for 1 more months. He wants to have pool pump on every 9 am. His girlfriend lost her
pants near the pool.
 N11 (Mr. Alex and Ms. Ekaterina / 20 May – 19 June 2020) They stay as a couple and rarely
go out from their room.
 N12 (Mr. Roman / 14 May – 13 Jun 20), they come back again after have another villa for
1 week, they are really concern about their pool
