“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something,
build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete” Buckminster Fuller.
For this evidence, you have to read the following situation and create a video
answering the questions below. In the answer for question 7, you will be
required to use the future perfect and the future perfect progressive. You will
find a model sentence below the questions.
Situation:
An area in your country has been selected to be part of a social experiment: the
creation of a new nation. You have been chosen to design it. Answer the
following questions to describe your plan.
1. Which political system will the country have? Explain why that system and
not any other.
• To begin with, my country is Colombia and its political system is and
always will be democracy, and I say it like this, because I have to be
clear in the system of government and not in a political party that
uses the type of government such as the democratic one. Why not
another system of government? It is to change the political
constitution of my country and our constitution will be 30 years after
being modified and has had many reforms, some for the
convenience of the people and others for the convenience of the
politicians.
7. What will have happened after three years of having implemented those
policies? (Include at least 4 ideas).
• After three years of having implemented my policies, student
dropouts will have been drastically reduced because people without
money will have had access to a high-quality education and will
have reached the necessary levels of competence that are required
in the labor market. There will also be no more lack of protection for
the elderly for the next three years; a certain group of people who do
not have a decent job will have been protected.
When you finish your work, send the video to your instructor through the
platform as follows:
Usa la estructura de las dos formas del futuro perfecto continuo para
describir eventos o situaciones que continuarán por un periodo
determinado en el futuro.
