AT-RISK WORKPLACE CLOSURES AND
CONTINUED OPERATION OF ESSENTIAL WORKPLACES

To Whom It May Concern:

FUJIFILM Canada Inc. (“Fujifilm”) is a leading Canadian provider of recording media products, graphics
systems equipment, graphic supplies, industrial products, healthcare products and services, photo-gifting
and photo-finishing products, other photofinishing equipment related products, and imaging products,
with operations located at 600 Suffolk Court, Mississauga, Ontario.

Fujifilm is committed to maintaining the health and safety of its workforce and is taking steps to fully
comply with applicable regulations in Ontario regarding the closure of at-risk workplaces to protect health
and safety due to the evolving COVID-19 situation. The Province of Ontario has permitted the continued
operation of certain essential businesses in the Peel Region and the City of Toronto, with the request that
all such essential businesses put into place any and all measures to safeguard the wellbeing of their
employees on the front-lines.

Many of Fujifilm’s businesses in the Peel Region and the City of Toronto constitute essential businesses,
as follows:

Recording Media Providing Information Technology (IT) services (see item


#32 in Schedule 2 to Ontario Regulation 82/20 (as
amended by Ontario Regulation 685/20) (the “Amended
Regulation”)).

Graphics Provides support, products, supplies, systems or services


to businesses or places that are permitted to open in
Ontario (and businesses or services that have been
declared essential in jurisdictions outside of Ontario)
engaged in: (i) businesses that engage in retail sales to the
public, as permitted; (ii) newspapers, radio and television
broadcasting; and (iii) the manufacture, wholesale,
distribution and retail of pharmaceutical products and
medical supplies. (see items #1, 2, 34, and 57 of the
Amended Regulation)

Industrial Products Provides support, products, supplies, systems or services


to businesses or places that are permitted to open in
Ontario (and businesses or services that have been
declared essential in engaged in: (i) construction activities
or projects and related services that support construction;
(ii) providing and ensuring the domestic and global
continuity of supply of resources; and (iii) delivering or
supporting the delivery of community services including
critical infrastructure repair and maintenance (see items
#1, 43, 45, and 47(d) of the Amended Regulation).

Healthcare Sell, rent and/or or repair assistive/mobility/medical


devices, aids and/or supplies.

Manufacture, wholesale, distribution and retail of medical


supplies.

Provides support, products, supplies, systems or services


to businesses or places that are permitted to open in
Ontario (and businesses or services that have been
declared essential in engaged in: (i) the sale, rental or
repair of assistive/mobility/medical devices, aids and/or
supplies; and (ii) the manufacture, wholesale, distribution
and retail of pharmaceutical products and medical
supplies.

3PG and Photo-finishing Manufacturing Extracts, manufactures, processes and distributes goods,
& Distribution products, equipment and materials. (see item #39 of the
Amended Regulation)

Supplies and Consumables for Provides support, products, supplies, systems or services
Photofinishing Equipment to businesses or places that are permitted to open in
Ontario (and businesses or services that have been
declared essential in engaged in: (i) retail sales to the
public, as permitted;; and (ii) extraction, manufacture,
processing and distribution of goods, products, equipment
and materials.

Provides transportation services, including support


services for transportation services, including logistical
support, distribution services and warehousing and
storage.

(see items #1, 2, , 36, and 39 of the Amended


Regulation).

Imaging Equipment Provides support, products, supplies, systems or services


to businesses or places that are permitted to open in
Ontario (and businesses or services that have been
declared essential in engaged in: (i) retail sales to the
public, as permitted; and (ii) the support of online retail.

Provides transportation services, including support


services for transportation services, including logistical
support, distribution services and warehousing and
storage.

(see items #1, 2, 36, and 38 of the Amended Regulation)

Equipment Repair Equipment repair.

Provides support, products, supplies, systems or services


to businesses or places that are permitted to open in
Ontario (and businesses or services that have been
declared essential in engaged in: (i) retail sales to the
public, as permitted; and (ii) online retail

(see items #1, 2, 18, and 38 of the Amended Regulation)

Accordingly, and pursuant to the order, Fujifilm workplaces engaged in those businesses in the Region of
Peel and the City of Toronto will continue to operate and Fujifilm employees and service workers are
permitted to travel to and within the Region of Peel and the City of Toronto (and elsewhere in Ontario)
for such purposes. Despite Fujifilm’s designation, Fujifilm has taken and will continue to take measures
to safeguard the wellbeing of its employees and others and will be significantly restricting and limiting
operations while maintaining essential businesses.

We are providing a copy of this letter to Fujifilm employees and service workers who are employed in
Fujifilm workplaces in the Region of Peel and the City of Toronto that are engaged in essential businesses
to present to the health and public safety authorities in the event that documentation evidencing
exemption from the Province of Ontario order regarding the closure of at-risk workplaces is requested.
