Proposal validity: 1 month.
Payment terms: 50% – after the Contract is signed;
50% – after receiving the notification of equipment readiness for
dispatch.
Additional charges may apply if payment is done by means of
Letter of Credit (only accepted by our bank).

The prices of the equipment are stated on 30th May, 2018, EXW Elk (acc. INCOTERMS 2010).
Manufacture leaves the right to change technical characteristics of the equipment that may not influence
technological parameters of the equipment. Exact technical characteristics are determined in the contract of the
equipment supply.
Manufacturer ensures warranty service within 24 months since start-up (if the equipment will operate in
accordance with operation manual), but not exceeding 30 months since its realization.
EKOTON guarantees the quality of services and works at all stages of the project, the optimum
combination of technical and technological solutions.
