Q8. What are the various sources of conflict? Bring out some strategies to resolve
organizational conflicts?

Q9. Most millionaires keep working even in the latter years of their life. Relate
motivation theories to their situation and tell what keeps them motivated?

Q10. Mr. Ram is working in XYZ organization since last 5 years. His employer is
extremely happy with his performance and gave him an increase of INR 8000 per month
in salary. Still he is extremely demotivated as employer has hired a new person who
has 2 years less experience than Mr. Ram but is still being offered high salary package
than Mr. Ram. In the light of this situation, discuss the motivational theory applied in this
situation.
