Recommendations

The university should ensure that all the stake holders have access to all the reliable information needed for
them to make informed decisions that will aim at improving the service delivery of the institute.

IUEA should ensure that it obtains the charter from the national council of higher education in order to gain
momentum and trust from the public and all the stake holders

The institute should also modify and use its chance and ability of technology and science to override
competition from the surrounding neighboring universities along Ggaba road Kansanga and east Africa as
well.

The university should also seek to unite and collaborate with the other institutions and international
organizations in order to generate new knowledge about how to advance and be on top of the other
universities.

A more conducive learning environment is required for both the local and international students prior to
widening the base of clients and customers

The institute has got to make sure that there is reduction of student turnover rate from the university in
order to ensure resilience and sustainability.
Conclusion
