Why do we need leaders in this life, aren't we born to be leaders? Why do we still need other leaders if
we are a leader. Of course we need leaders in this life, we need leaders to unite us we need leaders to
guide us, we need leaders to take care of us. We need someone who is able to do it all. If we don't have
a leader how can we live a righteous life. Even a group of animals has a leader to look after them,
especially we humans who have a selfish and greedy nature, if we don't have a leader who prevents us
from doing wrong. Leaders are people who have a high sense of responsibility, compassion for others,
are not selfish, care for others and can be trusted, because we have leaders not only to lead but also to
represent us in all matters.

Being a leader does not have to be smart in everything, because being smart alone cannot make
someone a leader. Being a leader he must be wise in all things. A leader is a position full of
responsibility, leading not only to be responsible for himself but also to be responsible to others.
Because he not only leads himself but also leads others who are entrusted with a leader. Leaders must
uphold the value of honesty in themselves, a leader must also have a fair nature, an unyielding nature
and of course willing to sacrifice.

Being a good leader is not only by always obeying everyone's words, being a leader must also have a
firm attitude, being a leader must be able to say wrong to wrong people, being a leader does not mean
that people must be feared but must be respected by people. Being a leader does not mean being in
charge of everything, being a leader only has a responsibility that is not over everything.

Being a leader means we accept challenges from people, those challenges are not things that should be
feared and avoided by a leader, that challenge means our responsibility as a leader, how a leader takes
on these challenges is a way of seeing someone's leadership qualities, whether he or she deserves. or
not being a leader.

In today's modern era, where democracy is a must, we can choose the leaders we want, we can choose
leaders who have the same vision and mission as us. We can choose leaders we feel capable of. Talk
about leaders, surely we all have the expectations we want if we choose leaders.

When someone proposes himself as a leader, of course he promises a lot of things so that people
choose him as a leader. I have a lot of hope for whoever becomes my leader, the important thing is that
he has an honest and caring attitude towards his people. I hope that my leader will be able to keep his
promise, he must be able to build this area for the better, I hope that corruption can be stopped in this
land, corruption is the most disgusting act for me, I also hope that the facilities and infrastructure can be
