A Clarification po !
Incase there will be an Assembly meeting by next year, What should be presented during the
registration? I presented my ID made by your office but those in charge of our barangay did not
accept it as my identification. They asked for my passbook, so I have to go back home and took it, for
they did not allow me to register at first.
Hope that this must be given with proper instructions so members will know what to bring or
do. Thank you very much.

be presented during General Assembly meeting is your Passbook for registration. Please be
guided with this notice so as not to have problems during Assembly meetings thank you.

====To all members of The Tubao Multipurpose Cooperative we would like to inform everyone
that our General Assembly is postponed by the Board in compliance with the (CDA) Cooperative
Development Authority guidelines and the (IATF) Inter-Agent Task Force protocols, for we are
still experiencing this COVID 19 virus.

2.3. Adda ba required nga age ti agserve iti election to General assembly?

====For those who wanted to serve during General Assembly, members from 18 to 60 years old.

3. To Manager,

3.2 More tellers for faster transaction please. Time is essential.

==== There is no need to add tellers for the staff /employees are doing their best for faster
transactions . The office provide numbers to members to be followed and we are following the first
come first served basis as soon as members enter the office for any transactions to be made.

4. Suggestion and Observation:

Lahat po ng pumapasok sa Tubao Multipurpose cooperative ay required to wear face mask

and face shield. Bakit po iyong mga crew or working crew and staff po ng TMC ay hindi naka
face shield.Although po may plastic barrier, still lumalabas po naman ang mga crew sa TMC
building. Hindi po ba parang “UNFAIR” sa mga taong pumupunta sa TMC.

====With regards of the use of Face Shield and Face Mask by the crew/ employees of the
Cooperative, they sometimes use Face Shield inside the office for there are plastic barriers in their
respective designation as you transact with them, and they are still following protocols using the
Face Mask while they assist the members inside the office.
