Main idea: traditional books have been replaced by e-books

Ebooks vs Traditional Books

I. Introduction
Pens and Pencils have slowly been replaced by smartphones and computers due to
the rise of digital technology. And this phenomenon has also occurred to books,
more and more people have converted to e-books as a means of reading rather than
reading actual traditional books.
Thesis statement : if we compare e-books to traditional books, e-books are more
compact in many ways such in price, efficiency, and convenience to its users or
readers.

II. Body
Argument I:
First off, e-books are very easily accessible. Many books can be read and
downloaded just on one single tablet or screen making it compact and efficient to
people nowadays that are always on the go. And because we only need one single
tablet for hundreds of books, we don’t need shelves to store our books making it
also efficient for space

Argument II:
Secondly, E-books have much more to offer in terms of contents, With the ability of
electronic memory, we can make notes directly on the texts without damaging the
original text, we can also search for a specific quote or term without wasting our
time. By using e-books, we can also listen to books read by a hired voice.

Argument III:
Most of millennials might say that Traditional Books are outdated and can easily
accessible. Although there are many great aspects that surround E-Books, there
many disadvantages surrounding E-Books,too. Among other are : 1. Requires Special
device or Computer 2. Effects on Health(causes eyes strain) 3. Loss of Information all
 at sudden(any device or any computer cause with malware or antivirus and that has
a direct effect on your digital products which is stored in computer or at any device.
You may loss your E-book if it caused by antivirus, sometime you may also delete
your E-books accidentally) .
Personal point of view:
Therefore, in my opinion e-books are read more often because ebooks are more
compact and easily accessible when on the go Although reading traditional books
has its own special feeling e-books are better in many aspects and are better suited
for our generation that’s always moving and going to and from places making us
need practicality more than ever. But the E-books still has some disadvantages that
cannot be denied such as damaging your health

III. Conclusion
In conclusion, e-books are more efficient in terms of price, compactness, and also
convenience. Because, e-books are more easily accessible, has much more to offer in
terms of contents, easier for us to cross reference from, and better suited for our
generation that really needs practicality
