Abstract: The traditional ways of working have become obsolete amidst this pandemic. Every now
and then, the working scenario is changing drastically. It’s time for organizations; especially HR to
revamp the strategies, policies and procedure in accordance with the next new normal. This pandemic
has caused so many disruptions everywhere – industries are collapsing, imploding of financial
markets, and many more. This crisis is probing industries and individuals become more agile not just
to face the known risk but to face the unseen. To overcome such issue the organizations and the
individuals have to be “Resilient” to sustain in the long run and to become stable. Discussing on topic
and followed up by questions and answers.
About the Speaker: Ms. Vidya Dayinee Sharan, B.Tech IT from UPTU, Lucknow and MBA in HR
and IT from VIT, Vellore. Having 10 years of Experience (Academics 9 years and 1 year as HR). She
is currently working with AKU, Patna, as an Assistant Professor, and Heading the Department of
Management. Pursuing Ph.D in Management, and have published 4 International and 3 national
papers in the journals like SCOPUS / UGC etc., She have been teaching students and also taking care
of training. Have also imparted various training programs inside and outside of the Institute. Active
member of Student Development & Faculty Development Program. She have a knack of getting into
the student interest and develop them as a successful individual.
