Please read the following instructions carefully before writing the proposal:
 The Assignment No. 3 (Submission of Revised Proposal for Project) will be
evaluated to determine the validity of the proposal.

 A valid proposal (approved by your supervisor) is a MUST to proceed for the final
project. Therefore, you are advised to follow the instructions carefully and submit a
quality proposal.

 You are required to write (revised) proposal strictly in the light of instructions
given by the supervisor in your evaluated proposal.

 The students whose topic has been rejected by the supervisor are NOT allowed to
work on the rejected topic. They are required to select new topic according to the
comments given by the supervisor.

 The submission of revised proposal for project should be prepared strictly in


accordance to the format available in Course Hand Book which can be
accessed from Downloads section of the course on VU-LMS.

 It is essential to submit the proposal (not only the topic) according to the
specified format as per notified schedule.

 Proposal should be made in MS Word as perguidelines.

 Revised proposal must be submitted by uploading it against Assignment No. 3 on


VU-LMS within due date (11th December, 2020). Submission through E-mail will
NOT be entertained.

 As you know that load shedding problem is also prevailing in our country.
Keeping in view this fact, you all are advised to submit your proposal as early as
possible without waiting for the due date. For your convenience; you have been
communicated well before time so that you can manage your activities, therefore
no excuse will be entertained after due date of assignment.

 24 hours extra / grace period after the due date will be available for submission
on VU-LMS. The purpose of providing grace period is to overcome uploading
difficulties which may be faced by the students on due date. This extra time should
only be used to meet the emergencies and above mentioned due dates should always
be treated as final to avoid any inconvenience.

 Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of plagiarism (if found) shall be strictly
dealt as per “ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY” of the University.
