The concept of conflict is defined by many people as a serious

disagreement, quarrel, and the start of a problem that will result into a fight,
battle, or war. But the truth is Conflict is amoral, in other words, Conflict is
simply referring to it as a case of not being moral or immoral. We can say
that having conflict is ‘A blessing in disguise’ for this is the beginning to
solve a problem or an issue, to correct a certain mistake, and an
opportunity to improve a situation. Conflict is also considered as the first
step and serves as an open door for the betterment of the situation.
