A rectangular beam has a width of 280 mm and an effective
depth of 500 mm. It is reinforced with 4 – 36 mm  bars at the tension
side of the beam placed 65 mm above the bottom of the beam.
Assuming steel does not yield.
1. Determine the location of the neutral axis from the top of the
beam.
2. Determine the stress of steel.
3. Determine the ultimate moment capacity of the beam.
