Fani Yasiroh: Work Experience
For almost 5 years, I worked at a BPO Company for several projects. For the last
project, Traveloka as Preflight Officer with job desk handled the case of escalation
from Customer Service related to the information of changes or cancellation of
scheduled from the airline that has not been updated in the system.
I learned a lot about serving customers well, because customer satisfaction is a top
priority. Therefore, I always focus on customer problems to be able to provide the
best solutions and services.

Confirm to the airline directly and forward the information to passengers, so
