HOW TO CONFESS YOUR SIN
1) You begin with ​The Sign of the Cross.
2) Say, ​"Bless me Father for I have sinned. It is my first Confession."
3) Here are my sins:

Please forgive the sins I forgot.
4) Father will give his advice and say the Absolution, then give you
penance. While he is giving Absolution, say the Act of Contrition:
My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart. In
choosing to do wrong and failing to do good, I have sinned
against You Whom I should love above all things. I firmly
intend, with Your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to
avoid whatever leads me to sin. Our Savior Jesus Christ
suffered and died for us. In His name, my God, have mercy.
5) Say “​Thank You Father.” ​and don’t forget to do your penance.
