In a B hospital, precisely in Arjuna's room there is a patient named Ms. Dewi, Ms. Dewi is
diagnosed with fever, then Nurse Ary will do a TTV check on Ms. Dewi.

Nurse Ary: Good morning, Ms. Dewi, how are you now?

Ms. Dewi: Morning sus, I feel a little limp sus.

Nurse Ary: Did you finish your meal earlier?

Ms. Dewi: No sus, I have no appetite

Nurse Ary: Ohh is that Ms, if you finish eating your meal, Ms so that you don't feel weak again,
before that I want to check your vital signs, before that, are you willing to?

Ms. Dewi: Willing Sus.

Nurse Ary: Ms, I have finished examining the , so from the results of the examination, the
Msblood pressure is 120/90 mmHg, mother's respiratory rate is 20x / minute, body temperature
is 36.5 degrees Celsius and Ms pulse is 60x / minute, so overall it's normal Ms.

Ms. Dewi: But why am I limp huh sus ?

Nurse Ary: So Ms, you said earlier that the food that was given was not used up so that our
bodies were not getting enough nutrition, so the body was weak.

Ms Dewi: But every time I see food it feels like vomiting sus.

Nurse Ary: Ok Ms, I will consult the doctor for medicine so that her appetite increases.

Ms. Dewi: Ok sus.

After examining Dewi's mother, nurse Ary immediately consulted the doctor.
