Nurse : Ngurah
Patient : Ulandari
Mother : Bella
Nurse : "Good morning, my name is Ngurah, and I'm the nurse on duty in this
room. First and foremost, could you please tell me your name and date of
birth, little girl?"
Patient : "My name is Ni Putu Ulandari and I was born on July 24, 2002."
Mother : "Well, sir. My daughter has had a fever for five days. I gave her
Paracetamol, but her body temperature fluctuates. She had a blood test
at the hospital, and this is the result, sir." (Bella gives a complete
Hematology test result letter)
Nurse : (See the complete Hematology test results while assessing the patient's
physical condition and checking her body temperature.) "Okay, ma'am.
Ulandari's platelet count is extremely low, ma'am and her current body
temperature was 39°C. She had red spots on her skin as a result of seeing
it. Ulandari is infected with dengue fever. I recommend that Ulandari be
hospitalized and she should drink a lot of water, perhaps 1500ml every 5
hours."
Mother : "Fine, sir, I will follow your instructions. Thank you, sir."
Mother : "Well, sir. This morning she gums were bleeding. Is that all right, sir?"
Nurse : "How can her gums bleed? Does she rarely drink water?"
Mother : "Yes, sir. She rarely drinks water. I have forced her to drink water but
she doesn't want because she feels weak and feels uncomfortable."
Nurse : " If she gums bleed, it means her condition has worsened, ma'am. Because
dengue fever can only be cured if she drinks a lot of water, you must
force Ulandari to drink about 1500 ml of water every 5 hours."
Mother : “Okay, sir. I will try to force her again according to your instructions."
Nurse : "Ulandari definitely wants to get well soon, right? If you keep on being
too lazy to drink water, your condition will worsen even more. Ulandari
doesn't want it like that, right? Therefore, you must drink a water in
order to recover quickly."
Patient : "Okay, sir. I will drink a water to avoid getting sick again and to recover
quickly. Thank you, sir."
Nurse : "Good. Get well soon, Ulandari. Then, allow me to leave the room first."
