CONVERTASION BETWEEN NURSE AND PATIENT

One day, it was a bright afternoon. As usual, the atmosphere in the

afternoon at Widodo Hospital was the nurses who were busy caring for sick
patients. In one room, there was a patient named Rina Setyaningsih who had
suffered for 30 years appendixitis and requires immediate surgery.
(The nurse came with a thermometer, tension device, documentation book and
antibiotic medicine)

Nurse : Assalamualaikum
Patient : Waalaikumsalam.
Nurse : Good afternoon, my name is Alfina Magrifathul, I happen to be
on duty during the day in this room from 14.00 to 21.00 and if
you have any complaints or health problems you can contact me
or another nurse
