Nurse : Wahyuni
Family : Wira
Patient : Yuyun

Nurse : “Good morning, are you a family of Mr. Adi?

Family : “Yes that’s right, I am his wife”
Nurse : “what is your name ma’am?”
Family : “ You can call me Rani”
Nurse : “Okay, now let me introduce myself, I am nurse Yuni I will take
care of your husband today from 8 until 2 pm. How is your
husband feeling today?”
Family : “My husband has been sick for a long time and has not recovered,
he has often been back and forth to the hospital for treatment”
Nurse : “From the medical records that I read, your husband have been
suffering from HIV AIDS for a long time, now you must be patient
and continue to support your husband so that your husband can
fight the disease, what have your husband any complaint now?
Family : “Cough, fever, canker sores, and his body is getting thinner. My
husband is also often gloomy and doesn't want to communicate
with people around him when asked he only answers as necessary”
Nurse : “Now can i see your husband to check his condition directly?”
Family : “Of course”
Nurse approaching patient
Nurse : “Good morning Mr. Adi, how are you feeling today”?
Patient : “My condition is the same as before, not improving”
Nurse : “I will check your temperature”
Nurse : “Your temperature is normal, your weight has dropped
drastically?”
Patient : “Yes, I feel like I just want to die and I can't stand this pain
anymore”
Nurse : “You can't say that, you can definitely fight your disease, as long
as you follow the instructions from nurse or doctor, and you have
to be diligent and believe that you can recover”
Patient : “It's useless for me to do this treatment which costs a lot of money
I should just die so as not to burden my family”
Nurse : “Can you please tell me if there is a problem at home that makes
you object to being hospital?”
Patient : “I think about finances, I'm the head of the family but I'm just
lying sick, my child is still in school and it costs a lot of money, if I
die my wife won't have to think about money for my medical
expenses”
Family : “Don't say that, you have to get well soon”
Nurse : “You don't see only one side, sir, you have to think about your
family who are waiting for your recovery, you want to live
happiness with your family, right?”
Patient : “I really want nurse, but it seems like there's no hope anymore”
Nurse : “Be patient, sir, don't despair, you have to try to fight this illness,
don't despair, later we will take care of the letters so that Mr. Adi
can get treatment for free”
Patient : “If I continue to follow this treatment, will I really be able to
recover, as far as I know, HIV AIDS can't be cured”
Nurse : “Of course, sir, you can as long as you believe and you have to
keep praying, don't do strange things that can harm you”
Patient : “hmm okay nurse, i will try to fight this disease”
Nurse : “It's good then sir, don't forget to pray”
Family : “Nurse can you help later to take care of the free medical bills like
the nurse said earlier?”
Nurse : “Yes of course, I will help later, the important thing is that you
don't give up”
