Tria : patien mother ( ibu pasien)
Nova : patient (pasien)

Doctor : good morning ma’am

Mother : good morning doctor

Doctor : I am doctor handayani, here i will examine your daughter. Are you ready to
checkup nova?

Patient : yes doctor, I’m ready

Doctor : how are you today nova?

Patient : same as yesterday doc, my stomach still hurts

Doctor : I will give you medicine to drink, so that the stomach ache goes away. How
about your dughter digestion today ma’am? is it still diarrhea?

Mother : last night my daughter went back and forth to the bathroom 3 times and still had
diarrhea doc

Doctor : okay ma’am. the nurse will bring you the medicine, don't forget to take the
medicine and give to your daughter

Mother : ok ma'am
Nurse : good morning, I’m nurse mia who is on duty at this morning. This is diapet
medicine, and drink it after eating ma’am, 2 hours i will come back to check the vital signs

Mother : ok nurse

2 hours later the nurse returned to the room

Nurse : good afternoon, my purpose here is to check your vital signs, have you taken the
medicine before?

Mother : nurse, my daughter doesn't want to take the medicine, can you help me to
persuade her to take the medicine?

Nurse : ok ma’am I will help you to persuade your daughter to take medicine.

Mother : ok nurse, thank you

Nurse : excuse me nova, may i know the reason why you don't want to take the
medicine?

Patient : the medicine is bitter, nurse

Nurse : so the medicine does tastes bitter, but if you don’t take the medicine, you will be
at the hospital every day, you can't go to school, you can't meet friends and you can't eat well
anymore

Patient : I don’t want to be like that

Nurse : if you don’t want it like that now you drink the medicine so you can recovers
quickly and can play again with your friends
Patient : ok nurse i want to take the medicine now

Nurse : smart kid. Okay, you have taken medicine, now i’m going first, I hope you get
well soon nova

Mother : thank you nurse for helping my daughter to take the medicine

Nurse : you’re welcome, have a good day ma’am
